Hamilton recruits executive for MGA business

Hamilton Insurance Group Ltd. named Clay Rhoades to the newly created role of president, Hamilton Managing General Agency Americas LLC, Hamilton Insurance Group said in a statement Tuesday.
Mr. Rhoades was most recently senior vice president commercial property/inland marine for Kinsale Insurance Co.
Mr. Rhoades, based in Richmond, Virginia, will focus on the further expansion of Hamilton’s U.S. specialty insurance businesses written across its group platforms. He will report to Hamilton Insurance Group CEO Pina Albo and will be a member of the group executive team, the statement said.
