LUBA acquires FHM Insurance

Workers compensation provider LUBA Casualty Insurance Co. announced on Wednesday that its board of directors has approved the acquisition of regional workers comp provider FHM Insurance Co.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Jacksonville, Florida-based FHM provides workers comp coverage across seven states, including Florida, and will remain domiciled in Florida.
Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based LUBA said the acquisition will allow the company to offer workers compensation in 12 southern states.
