BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Kuwait Re's profit rises 30%

Kuwait Reinsurance Co. KSCP's net profit increased 30% year-over-year to nearly 4 million Kuwaiti dinar ($13 million) in the first nine months, compared with nearly KWD 3 million in the first nine months of 2018, Middle East Insurance Review reports. Gross written premiums grew 19% to nearly KWD 50 million, while underwriting profit rose 11% to nearly KWD 3 million.
