BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Beazley

Beazley PLC said Monday it is introducing a policy that provides coverage for employment practices liability and sexual misconduct and molestation liability for educational institutions in the United States that receive federal funding.

The policy, which provides coverage for infringements of Title IX, the federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex in any public education program, offers up to $10 million in limits for EPL and for sexual misconduct, according to Beazley’s statement.

Coverage under the policy includes loss resulting from any employment practices claim; sublimited events costs resulting from any wage and hour claim; sublimited employment event loss, and sublimited Occupational Safety and Health Administration defense costs resulting from any OSHA citations, among other provisions.

Employee on employee sexual molestation coverage can also be considered, according to the statement.
