Women to Watch nomination deadline extended

After receiving numerous requests for more time to complete nominations, Business Insurance on Monday extended the deadline to submit nominations for the 2019 Women to Watch Awards to Aug. 16.
Individuals and organizations now have an additional nine days to submit nominations.
The program, which is in its 14th year, recognizes female executives working in risk management, insurance and related fields. Honorees are recognized for their accomplishments, expertise, leadership and future prospects.
Winners will be recognized at two recognition events, which will include professional development programing for honorees and others interested in the issue of gender diversity in the insurance sector.
Women to Watch from Europe, the Middle East and Africa will be recognized at the London event in November, while Women to Watch from North America and the rest of the world will be recognized at the New York event in December.
Winners for both programs will be announced on businessinsurance.com in September and profiled in the December issue of Business Insurance.
