BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

NN Group, Athora team up to buy Anbang's Dutch unit

Dutch insurer NN Group N.V. and Bermuda-based Athora Holding Ltd. have teamed up to buy Netherlands-based insurer Vivat N.V. from China-based Anbang Insurance Group Co. Ltd., De Telegraaf reported. Under the deal, NN Group purchased Vivat's nonlife business for €416 million ($469 million) while Athora acquired Vivat's life insurance and asset management operations.
