Manjula de Silva, chairman of Sri Lanka's National Insurance Trust Fund, said that reinsurance rates are unlikely to rise immediately after the April 21 terror attacks in the country, Daily FT reported. Mr. de Silva said that rates could rise only if security threats increased over a period of time.
