BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Markel readies for Brexit, transfers European business to Germany

U.S.-based insurer Markel Corp. has transferred its European business to its Germany-based unit – Markel Insurance S.E. – from its U.K. subsidiary to maintain access to its clients post Brexit, Verdict.co.uk reported. The U.K. High Court recently granted permission to Markel to transfer its European business from Markel International Insurance Co. Ltd. to its German unit.
