To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
Director of claims services-London market
Kerry Rainer, director of claims services for the London insurance market at DXC Technology, leads a multinational team of about 300 claims professionals.
In her role, Ms. Rainer is responsible for all aspects of claims delivery and product development for DXC into the London market.
More than 80% of managing agents at Lloyd’s of London contract with DXC for claims services, according to the company.
As well as the more than 1.3 million transactions generated by DXC’s core claims contract with the market, DXC also operates delegated authority service contracts, claims administration and coordination services.
During her 15 years at DXC and its predecessor company, XChanging, Ms. Rainer has built up extensive knowledge and experience of implementing robotic process automation across different elements of the claims process, helping to reduce claims cycle time, improve the accuracy of submissions and manage costs.
Ms. Rainer began her career in the Lloyd’s Policy Signing Office, and prior to joining DXC worked at Lloyd’s brokerage SBJ Global Risks.
