BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Crawford & Co. has named a new team to lead its Garden City Group L.L.C. unit following the exodus of four of the legal group’s leaders at the end of last year.

CEO David Isaac, President Neil Zola and two others decided to leave Garden City last month after their contracts expired following Crawford’s November announcement that the third-party claims administrator was undergoing a restructuring.

On Wednesday, Crawford named Kenneth A. Cutshaw as Garden City’s interim CEO. He reports to Crawford interim President and CEO Harsha V. Agadi.

Mr. Cutshaw, whose legal experience includes corporate, academic and governmental operations, most recently was president of international, chief development officer and chief legal officer at restaurant chain Quiznos.

The other members of the Garden City executive team named Wednesday were:

• Stephen J. Cirami, who was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer from senior vice president of operations;

• Scott D. Nader, who was named executive vice president and general counsel. He previously was chief counsel for the former Crawford Americas segment.

All three are based in Lake Success, New York.

Crawford is the No. 2 TPA in the latest Business Insurance ranking, with $1.22 billion in 2014 gross revenue.
