CEO of insurer PZU set to resign

A source has said that Andrzej Klesyk, chief executive of Polish insurer PZU S.A., is likely to resign as the country's treasury ministry wants to replace him, reports Reuters citing Puls Biznesu newspaper.

The source said that management changes have been added to the agenda of the insurer's supervisory board.

"Mr. Klesyk has been asked to leave and is not going to refuse," added the source.
