IRS launches health care reform information website

The Internal Revenue Service has launched a new website where employers can obtain information about the responsibilities they will face under the health care reform law.

The website, launched last week, offers numerous links to IRS bulletins and rules that detail the many requirements the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act imposes on employers.

The website also includes the IRS notice that details why government regulators last month delayed by one year until 2015 a key health care reform law provision that requires employers with at least 50 full-time employees to either offer qualified coverage or pay a hefty fine.
