To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
Cyber security has come under the limelight as global economies become increasingly vulnerable to threats involving cyber security, E.U. commissioner Neelie Kroes said, speaking ahead of the launch of a new cyber security strategy.

E.U. commissioner Neelie Kroes said the strategy will propose a "comprehensive approach plus cooperation between the countries of the EU and between public and private sectors".
