BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

In a counter complaint in Southern Builders Inc. v. Shaw Development L.L.C. , which was filed in state court in Princess Ann Md. in 2009, the property owner charges that it had lost a $635,000 tax credit because the builder failed to achieve a silver LEED certification. The case was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. Read the counter complaint.
