BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Advice to young women: "You have to be patient. There’s a lot to learn. (Health care is) a very technical field and it’s ever-changing. Get yourself to a place where you are going to be exposed to a lot of different things and be able to learn."
Professional role model: "I always thought my grandma for her generation was amazing because she ended up being a vp for a bank. She really inspired me that I could go as far as I want."
Position of women in industry: "I feel like you’re starting to see more women in higher profile positions. I still don’t think it’s the norm. I think that women are on the move to make an impact, but I still think we have farther to go. Personally, for me it’s inspiring when you see someone who’s made it."
