NEW YORKNew York-based reinsurance intermediary Guy Carpenter & Co. L.L.C. has named Ajay Junnarkar as its chief financial officer.
Mr. Junnarkar, who will head the company's finance and corporate services departments, will report directly to Guy Carpenter Chief Executive Officer David Spiller, the company said in a statement.
Before joining Guy Carpenter last year, Mr. Junnarkar was director in the strategic development group at New York-based Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc.
Mr. Junnarkar replaces Phil Petronis, who has been named chief operating officer for Marsh products and services management.
