BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

HAMILTON, BermudaAXA. S.A. has completed the sale of its reinsurance unit, AXA Re, to Paris Re Holdings Ltd.

Paris Re, based in Bermuda, is headed by Hans-Peter Gerhardt, formerly chief executive officer of AXA Re.

AXA has a 3.4% stake in Paris RE, which is backed by a consortium of investors led by Stone Point Capital L.L.C.
