BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

What would you change: "I would reverse the McCarran-Ferguson Act. I would not have 50 states in charge of the way insurance is licensed. Just as risk retention groups have reciprocal licensing, the same should be true of licensed brokers. Once you're licensed and registered with the NAIC, you should be able to transact business accordingly in all 50 states."
