Bermuda-based insurer Lancashire Insurance Co. Ltd. said that its exposure to the Russia-Ukraine war, including its aviation war insurance contracts, is “manageable” and any worst-case scenario will only affect its earnings and not its capital, Reinsurance News reported. The insurer, however, warned that uncertainty around the war along with supply-chain disruptions and related inflation will continue to push insurance rates up at the forthcoming renewals.
