A coalition of climate groups have urged French insurer Axa SA to immediately stop insuring new oil and gas projects, as the insurer continues to be among the biggest insurers of oil and gas projects, Commercial Risk reported. The climate campaigners’ call comes ahead of Axa’s new oil and gas policy, which is expected to launch on Oct. 26.
