Helios Underwriting buys Lloyd’s limited liability vehicle

U.K.-based Helios Underwriting PLC has acquired North Breache Underwriting Ltd. – a Lloyd’s of London limited liability member – for £3.9 million ($5.4 million), Fintech Global reported citing Reinsurance News. North Breache is one of the several Lloyd’s limited liability vehicles that Helios intends to acquire to boost its underwriting capacity.
