Local businessman Zoran Tunjic now owns 99.98% stake in Bosnian insurer Osiguranje Aura AD after he recently acquired another 19,979 shares of the insurer from the Republic of Srpska Investment-Development Bank, SeeNews reported. Mr. Tunjic was already the majority shareholder of the insurance company.
