BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

New Zealand’s watchdog delays decision on Aon-Willis merger

The New Zealand Commerce Commission has delayed its approval of U.K.-based insurance broker Aon PLC’s acquisition of counterpart Willis Towers Watson PLC until July 2, after failing to reach a decision due to competition concerns that still need addressing, Reinsurance News reported. Local firms raised some concerns around the Aon-Willis merger, including commercial insurance or corporate broking in New Zealand which have yet to be addressed.
