BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Ardonagh to buy Hera Indemnity

U.K.-based insurance broker Ardonagh Group Ltd.'s small and middle enterprise broking platform, Ardonagh Advisory Holdings Ltd., will purchase U.K.-based broker Hera Indemnity Ltd., subject to regulatory approval, S&P Global reported. The company has £41 million ($56 million) gross written premiums under management, and offers professional indemnity insurance solutions to solicitors in England and Wales.
