BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Apple sued in Europe for unfair commercial practices

Consumer rights group Euroconsumers has sued U.S.-based company Apple Inc. for allegedly misleading users of old iPhones and is seeking around $217 million in damages, Los Angeles Times reported citing Bloomberg. Euroconsumers plans to file class-action lawsuits in Portugal and Italy, after already suing Apple in Spain and Belgium for allegedly forcing iPhone 6 users to install updates that deliberately slow down the device.
