BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Allianz completes acquisition of two UK insurers

Germany-based insurer Allianz SE has completed its acquisition of U.K.-based Liverpool Victoria General Insurance Group Ltd. and the general insurance unit of U.K.-based financial services company Legal and General Group PLC, Morning Star reports citing Alliance News. Allianz plans to merge the two businesses, which have combined gross written premiums of more than £4 billion ($5.3 billion).
