To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Tanker's captain, insurer told to pay $1.7 billion for oil spill

Spain's Supreme Court ruled that the captain and insurer of the Prestige oil tanker which sank in 2002 must pay $1.7 billion for environment-related damage, WTOC.com reported. The court said that captain Apostolos Mangouras and The London Owners Mutual Insurance Association shall pay the damages to Spain, France, authorities in Spain's Galicia region and to 269 companies among others. The tanker sprang a leak and sank off northwest Spain polluting a long stretch of coastline and damaging the area's fishing grounds.
