BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

U.K.-based Fitch Ratings Ltd. expects further mergers and acquisitions in Sri Lanka's general insurance industry amid a crowded market and tough regulations, Daily Mirror reported. The country's insurance regulator directed composite insurers to segregate their life and nonlife businesses while increasing capital requirements in 2014. Fitch said that several local insurers divested their stakes from general insurance business to large foreign players.
