BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

PICC Re taps AIR Worldwide

China-based PICC Reinsurance Co. Ltd. has started working with U.S.-based catastrophe modeling firm AIR Worldwide Corp. to assess and manage its portfolio of catastrophe risk reinsurance business, Asia Insurance Review reported. PICC Re said that AIR's advanced models and associated analytical and client support services based in China will help in the pricing and management of the reinsurer's growing book of business. AIR's catastrophe models include the AIR Earthquake Model and the AIR Typhoon Model for China.
