To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Margrethe Vestager, the E.U.'s commissioner for competition, said that Amazon.com Inc. was ordered to pay $294 million to Luxembourg for illegal tax benefits the country had extended the U.S.-based online retailer, CNBC reported. Amazon received tax advantages between 2006 and 2014 in the country without any "valid justification," as a result of which nearly three quarters of the firm's profits were not taxed, Ms. Vestager said. "Member states cannot give selective tax benefits to multinational groups that are not available to others," she added.
