BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Hanover subsidiary to acquire Australian insurer

U.S.-based The Hanover Insurance Group Inc.'s subsidiary U.K.-based insurer Chaucer Holdings Ltd. has acquired Australian counterpart SLE Holdings Pty. Ltd., Streetinsider.com reported. "This acquisition will enable us to expand our specialty capabilities as part of our long-term growth strategy, Hanover 2021," said Joseph M. Zubretsky, president of The Hanover Insurance Group. "SLE will provide us with additional underwriting expertise, new product capabilities and greater access to the Australian market," Mr. Zubretsky said.
