AXA completes acquisition of Brazilian insurer SulAmerica's subsidiary

French insurer AXA S.A. said that it has completed the acquisition of Brazilian insurer SulAmerica S.A.'s large industrial and commercial risk subsidiary, reports El Economista.

The deal was announced in May.

AXA acquired SulAmerica's unit for 135 million Brazilian reals ($34 million).
