Zurich Insurance aims to double premiums in near future: CEO

Zurich Insurance Malaysia Berhad chief executive Philip Smith has said that the insurer aims to double its premiums, Daily Express reported citing Bernama.

The insurer is shooting for 3 billion Malaysian ringgits ($702 million) in annual premium from MYR 1.5 billion currently. Zurich Insurance also hopes to expand its market share to 5% in the coming five years from about 3.5% currently.
