BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Bermudan captives need to continue monitoring global tax landscape: PwC

Richard Irvine, tax leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P., has said that "captives in Bermuda will need to continue to monitor the ever-changing global tax landscape," reported The Royal Gazette.

Another PwC official said that the country's position as the largest captive insurance domicile in the world had led to the creation of a major insurance and reinsurance sector as well. David Gibbons, captive insurance leader at PwC, said that "Latin America is an expanding market that is increasingly driving more business" to Bermuda.
