A.M. Best Co. Inc. has said in a report that the Southeast Asian insurance industry has reached a common ground on the benefits of operating under an open market, Bernama reported.
The report “Capitalizing on the Benefit and Opportunity in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Open Market” said the free flow of services would allow insurers to build commercial presence and sell products on a more regional basis, with professionals being able to move across Asean nations.
