BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Allied World completes takeover of RSA' Hong Kong, Singapore businesses

Switzerland-based Allied World Assurance Co. Holdings A.G. has said that it has completed acquisitions of U.K.-based RSA Insurance Group P.L.C.'s Hong Kong and Singapore businesses, reported Zacks.com.

Allied World had earlier announced the acquisitions in August 2014. The takeover, valued at $193 million, was completed after receiving all necessary regulatory and court approvals. RSA's Hong Kong and Singapore businesses underwrite a mix of commercial specialty and retail business.
