BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Australia's QBE Insurance posts $254 million loss for 2013

Australia-based QBE Insurance Group Ltd. suffered a loss of $254 million in 2013 because of its troubled U.S. business, Herald Sun reported.

The insurer's overall revenue dropped 7% to $19.4 billion, while its insurance profit fell 33% to $841 million.

QBE has been struggling with hefty claims from adverse weather events in North America.
