To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
Sagicor Financial Corp. Ltd. has agreed to sell Sagicor Europe Ltd. and its subsidiaries, which include Sagicor at Lloyd's Ltd., to insurer AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. for around £56 million ($85.3 million), Trinidad & Tobago Express reported.
Sagicor at Lloyd's operates syndicate 1206 with stamp capacity of £200 million ($304.7 million).
Sagicor Financial CEO Dodridge Miller said the company "entered into this sales process to enable SAL to have access to more capital to fund its business growth."
