The Kazakh insurance sector looks set for favorable developments in 2013, with insurers introducing information technologies and the planned roll out of mobile applications to brokers.
There are also plans to reduce expenses and arguments amongst servicing stations and the brokers, media firm Kazakh TV reported.
The companies' IT plans have been prompted by the progress on retail types of insurance and the rising market competition.
Industry experts said that factors such as cash cycle efficiency and services cost are vital for success and IT could help achieve improvement in these areas.
