RIMS names new chief financial officer

NEW YORK—The Risk & Insurance Management Society Inc. has named John Harrington Jr. as its next chief financial officer, effective May 16.
Mr. Harrington succeeds Lynn Chamber, who is retiring May 26, New York-based RIMS said Wednesday in a statement. Ms. Chamber has been RIMS’ CFO for the past six years.
Mr. Harrington has more than 30 years of experience in finance, treasury and administration, most recently as CFO and treasurer of Collegiate Church Corp.
He is based in New York.
