LONDON—Willis Group Holdings P.L.C. has promoted Toby Wemyss to CEO of its global markets international division, the London-based brokerage said Thursday.
Mr. Wemyss, who most recently was managing director of the division and remains in London, reports to Dominic Samengo-Turner, CEO of Willis' London market wholesale businesses.
Mr. Wemyss oversees 250 associates worldwide encompassing industry practice groups that include power and utilities, renewable energy, terrorism, leisure and hospitality, life sciences, and metals and mining. He replaces Mark R. Parker, who has left the brokerage.
