To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A Michigan bill introduced last week would classify adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccine as a compensable personal injury for employees under workplace vaccination mandates.
H.B. 5352 seeks to amend the state Worker's Disability Compensation Act of 1969 to make employers that require vaccination as a condition of employment liable for employees’ adverse reactions to the vaccine. The bill defines qualifying adverse reactions as any “undesirable side effect that occurs after a vaccination.”
The bill, introduced Thursday, was referred to the House Committee on Workforce, Trades, and Talent.
