BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Amazon.com Inc. announced Monday it is investing more than $300 million in a program to prevent workplace injuries and provide wellness services to its employees.

The aim of the Working Well program is to reduce workplace injury rates by 50% by 2025. It will include physical and mental activities, wellness exercises, and healthy eating support, the company said in a statement.

Amazon reported that about 40% of work-related injuries suffered by its workers are musculoskeletal disorders, which include sprains or strains caused by repetitive motions, and are more likely to occur among newer employees.

The company piloted the program in 2019 and 2020 for 859,000 employees at 350 sites in North America and Europe and reduced musculoskeletal injuries by 32%, according to the statement.
