BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Third-party administrator Constitution State Services, a subsidiary of Travelers Cos. Inc., has redesigned pricing and introduced a range of technological tools for claims managers and customers, Travelers announced in a statement Wednesday.

Hartford, Connecticut-based Constitution State Services, a TPA for workers compensation, general liability, commercial auto and property claims, will now offer flexible pricing, for instance allowing customers to only pay for subrogation services as needed rather than as part of a base charge, a Travelers spokeswoman said.

The redesign also allows customers to create personalized dashboards through Travelers’ risk management system for monitoring of loss data, the insurer said.
