RPS partners on management liability coverage for private firms

Risk Placement Services, a unit of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., said Thursday it has partnered with Fortegra Specialty Insurance Co. to offer management liability coverage for private companies.
The coverage, which is available online, provides directors and officers, employment practices and fiduciary liability coverages in a single policy, Rolling Meadows, Illinois-based RPS said in a statement. Limits of up to $2 million for D&O, $2 million for EPL and $2 million for fiduciary liability are available with a $4 million policy aggregate.
Private companies that have been in operation for 18 months, with less than $250 million in revenue and fewer than 300 full-time employees are eligible for coverage.
A standalone EPL option, with complimentary Side A D&O coverage is also available for qualifying risks. The management liability coverage is available in all states.
