BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Cuban actress Ana de Armas

Two fans of the Cuban actress Ana de Armas rented one of her films and won’t let it be that she had been cut from the final version.

And now fans Conor Woulfe and Peter Michael Rosza are suing the studio Universal Pictures for at least $5 million for allegedly duping them into renting the film “Yesterday” for $3.99 because they believed she would be in it due to the film’s trailer and promotional materials.

As reported by CNN, the men filed a federal class-action lawsuit in federal court on Friday claiming that the advertising around the 2019 movie was "false," "deceptive" and "misleading," as Ms. de Armas does not appear in the final version of the film despite her inclusion in its marketing.

The plaintiffs claim Universal used Ms. de Armas’ "fame, radiance and brilliance to promote the film,” which is about an aspiring singer-songwriter involved in a freak accident that eliminates the Beatles from public memory. The only one on Earth who remembers the British band, he leaps to worldwide fame by claiming the band’s music as his own. His supposed muse, played by Ms. de Armas, was, however, eliminated in the final cut.
