BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The battle of the cooler drinkware is heating up in Texas, as Yeti Coolers LLC takes on Igloo Products Corp., alleging the latter stole its designs.

Yeti filed its patent and trade dress infringement lawsuit Friday in Texas Southern District Court concerning its “Rambler” line of drinkware products, asserting that Igloo infringed on 15 patents and that the company intentionally deceives consumers by selling drinkware that looks similar to Yeti's, according to law.com.

Igloo, whose products are generally less expensive than Yeti’s, has not responded to the suit.
