BMS hires analytical, actuarial reinsurance execs

London-based BMS Group has bolstered its reinsurance analytical and actuarial services with three hires in Philadelphia, the broker said in a statement Thursday.
Nick Dranchak has joined as executive vice president, capital management of BMS Re US, and will report to Kirk Conrad, chief analytics officer, the statement said.
Mr. Dranchak will lead the team’s ratings agency advisory services and be involved with strategic business planning for clients. He was most recently head of strategic advisory at JLT Re.
Michelle McClane has joined as vice president, catastrophe analytics of BMS Re US, and will report to Julie Serakos, executive vice president. Ms. McClane was most recently assistant vice president at Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC.
Paul Blain has also joined as vice president, actuary of BMS Re US, and reports to Kurt Johnson, executive vice president. He was most recently an actuary with Guy Carpenter.
