Alliant buys energy, construction broker

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. has bought energy and construction specialist TCOR Management, the brokerage announced Monday.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in New Braunfels, Texas, TCOR also has offices in Beeville, and Tyler, Texas, and provides commercial insurance to the energy and construction industries as well as surety, loss control services, and employee benefits, Newport Beach, California-based Alliant said in a statement.
TCOR’s 50 employees including Rick Dudney, managing partner, will join Alliant’s energy and marine business, the statement said.
