OneBeacon Management Liability, a member of Plymouth, Minnesota-based OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd., said Tuesday it is introducing management liability primary policy forms for private, not-for-profit and health care organizations.
The coverage is modular and designed to help minimize coverage gaps, while providing flexibility to tailor solutions based on each policyholder’s unique exposures, the company said in its statement.
OneBeacon said product features may include one application for all coverage lines, the ability to share or separate the liability coverage section limits, coverage sections that are available either packaged or on a stand-alone basis, and available e-discovery consultant services, among others.
The policies are written on an admitted basis and will be available in most states, the insurer said.
The insurer is offering up to $10 million in capacity.
Canadian property/casualty insurer Intact Financial Corp. will buy OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd. for $1.7 billion, the companies announced Tuesday.
